Description
Keys to Advancement, Inc. can provide on-site Business Efficiency Analysis at no cost to the employer. Agency personnel can come to the work site, evaluate various tasks, and make recommendations that may benefit your overall productivity and efficiency.
Through the analysis process, we will identify entry-level tasks that may prove to be a good "job match" for an individual we are currently supporting. Identifying appropriate job tasks and job matching, aids in meeting an individual’s full employment potential and often leads to long-term placement success.
Matching appropriate job tasks along with individual skills and interest will lead to a successful job placement. A good job match lessens employee turnover and reduces the overall management costs related to continuously hiring new employees to meet the demands of your business.
